Refund policy

Returns

  • Haakee Studio offers a 7-day return policy (open purchase). Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return, provided the item is in unchanged condition as outlined in our refund policy.

  • Email your return request to customerservice@haakeestudio.com, including your order number or receipt number.

  • You are responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Ensuring the return arrives at the specified address is your responsibility; Haakee Studio AB disclaims liability for return shipments.

  • The return process may take up to 10 days after we have received and inspected your return.

  • You will be notified via the provided email address when the package has arrived.

  • Returns must follow the outlined process; personal drop-offs are not permitted.

  • Any changes to the condition of the returned item(s) will be communicated via the provided email.

Unchanged Condition:
Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item has been worn beyond trying it on.
  • The item has been washed.
  • The item has makeup stains and cannot be resold.
  • The item is scented with perfume and cannot be resold.
  • The item is missing its original tags or packaging.
  • The item is dirty or soiled.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method for security reasons.

  • Processing times for refunds may vary by banking institution, taking up to two weeks from the receipt of your parcel.
